blend of the local Petit Manseng, Ugni Blanc, and Colombard is vinified, aged, and bottled with zero additions, and showcases a completely pure expressions of old vines, of South West warmth and texture, of generosity of flavour, and proper length on the finish. A touch of fizz on opening is a feature of this vintage.
Made by Michel Maestrojuan, a third generous farmer in the Côtes de Gascogne in Southwest France. A champion of biodiversity, he farms various crops alongside vines, and the entirety of the estate is certified biodynamic.
