This is has bright cherry, red berry complexity, in the mouth it’s precise and bright, clean and pure with pretty red fruits and spice at the core and that fresh Jura acidity flowing through to the finish.
Guillaume’s grandfather was brother to Pierre Overnoy, same region different Overnoy. This domaine is in the south of the Jura in the region of Sud Revermont. Guillaume began converting their 5.5 hectares to organic farming in 2014. Harvesting is by hand, and the winemaking is careful and considered.
