Rich and round sparkling white wine made in the traditional Champagne method. There is an incredible concentration of flavour full of citrus fruit and delicious brioche overtones which stems from the lees ageing.
A Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris from the single two hectare vineyard, pressed slowly and co-fermented in old barrels, with indigenous yeasts. Elevage in barrel for 11 months before tirage with biodynamic Champagne Fleury yeast. Disgorged May 2020, zero dosage and zero sulphur, unfined and unfiltered. From Wiltshire, England.
