Description
Famous for making some of the best oxidative wines in the Jura. A wine for those in the know as very little makes it to shop shelves.
This can age for many many years if kept, but can be opened now. Oxidative, apple skin, bruised apple, cinnamon and layers of caramel and spice with a long, tense, nutty, salty finish.
The grapes are gorwn in the Château-Chalon appellation in limestone-clay soil.
