Made with Melon de Bourgogne grapes sustainably farmed in the Loire Valley, France.
Certified under the Terra Vitis regime for sustainable viticulture, the domaine is effectively organic, with no use of chemical herbicides.
The grapes are hand picked and vinified with wild yeasts.
