Doorly’s 12 year old rum is made at Foursquare Distillery in Barbados.
This decade-plus expression of their exemplary spirit has a wonderfully rich nose of baked fruit (think Pineapple Upsidedown Cake), and a viscous full mouthfeel. Excellent flavours of toffee and biscuits with a dry oaky finish.
Simply sip this tropical nectar neat or over ice, preferably beach-side with your feet in the sand.
