An de-alcoholised version of our favourite Doppio Passo Primitivo.
Dense Dark-red soft, aromatic and exceptionally full-bodied wine with notes of blackberries, cherries and forest fruits. Pair with: Roasted red meat, Beef stews, venison and also some rich pasta dishes. Compliments Chocolate deserts very well.
The grapes that go into the organic Doppio Passo Primitivo Puglia IGT are grown according to strict organic guidelines and are picked at two different times during the harvest: first when the grapes are fully ripe, and second at a later time, to obtain its distinctive taste.
