The flagship wine from Du Golfe, natural, nothing added, exceptionally complex, well made Normandy Ciders.
Copper in colour, with an aroma of oak spice, stewed red apple and a little earthy caramel. Tangy at first then with light vanilla and toffee notes, theres soft tannins and mellow oak on the finish too.
Great as an aperitif for a nice talking point.
