A lively, friendly Dolcetto, showing softly blackberry and full of ripe plums. This owould pair beautifully with roast turkey with corn bread, kale stuffing and paprika gravy, braised pheasant with red cabbage, wild rice or lamb-stuffed tomatoes, middle eastern style.
