This “Kind Monster” unveils an intriguing nose of ripe cherry, black pepper, and a subtle hint of lime peel, complemented by a delicate, meaty savouriness and the complex aroma of fermented plum. The palate is plush and juicy, with a round, elegant texture that envelops the senses. Flavours of ripe cherry, soft plum, and fresh strawberries dominate, creating a beautifully balanced wine that’s both vibrant and full of character.
The Syrah grapes are whole bunch crushed and gently macerated for 7 days. The Merlot is direct pressed. The Juice ferments and ages in stainless steel for 8 months. Bottled without fining, filtration or the additions of sulphur. Organic
