A delightful, fruit forward pet nat made from 4 trees (3 Kingston Black & 1 Browns) from our closest orchard, Woodrow. A deep colour and sweetness beautifully offset by crisp acidity. Huge stone fruit notes with layers of rhubarb and custard. For drinking with a sharp, crystalline hard cheese, preferably in the sunshine.
