If you’d told me that this beer would be a popular one before we started making it, I’d have laughed. A lemony sour, organic wheat beer, made with foraged seaweed. Surely too niche? However it continues to be a firm favourite with our regulars and the team. Very refreshing, with a salty, mineral finish. Perfect for warmer, summer days.
