Description
Triple sec is an orange liqueur distilled three times at 20-40°. The fruit peels macerate for several months in vats filled with alcohol to obtain an infusion which will be distilled.
The ‘Pacifico’ Triple Sec was specially created by Giffard for the Mexican restaurant Cafe Pacifico, located in Covent Garden, as a house pour for their Margaritas. The orange element is slightly fresher and cleaner than one might expect, meaning it cuts through other ingredients to offer more fruit flavour.
