Description
Seasmhach is Glasgow Beer Works’ 1st new beer of 2022. Its a collaboration with the Glasladies Beer Society.
The beer is a 5.2% Stout made with Ube (pronounced ooh-beh) which is a purple yam. Seasmhach is a dry stout with an up front vanilla, cakey aroma. Toasted notes from the roasted malt meet the sweetness of the Ube, resulting in a sugary baked flavour.
