Honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig with a crescendo of black cherry, angelica and muscovado. Long and enveloping finish with dark manuka honey, herbal bitters and dark chocolate.
70% Oloroso sherry cask matured, 30% Pedro Ximenez sherry cask. The reincarnation of a much loved classic and a brilliant one at that. this was put together by master blender Rachael Barrie. Big, warming and tasty with all the christmas cake, nuttiness and chocolate fudge of a great sherry casked single malt.
