Guillot-Broux own 17hectares across three villages & two appellations, mostly sited on clay-limestone soils & planted at a high density to encourage quality fruit. In 1954, Pierre & Jeannine Guillot created the first organic vineyard of Burgundy. Since then it has remained a pioneer in this field & it obtained organic certification in 1991.
Wine is fully matured in wood but only 5% in new vats.
