Naked and unadorned – this is a natural white blend that blew us away when we tasted it. The grapes are sourced from vineyards on both sides of Lake Neusidel, deliciously bringing together the different sites, soils and varieites of the region.
It’s a huge mix of 7% Welschreisling: 68% Chardonnay: 5% Neuburger: 5% Muskat Ottonel: 3% Grüner Veltliner: 10% Weissburgunder: Wild fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit character, then aged 10 months on it’s lees.
Aromatic with subtle skin tannin, peach, cream & zest. Flavours of apple, hay, soft pear, ripe lemon on the palate.
