Description
The aroma shows hints of cherry, black pepper, violets and earthy notes. The smooth juicy palate is a mix of sweet spice and moorish plum fruit flavours. Fine tannins and balanced natural acidity invite you back for another tipple.
Hey Diddle wines are handcrafted with minimal intervention as to truly reflect the purist expression of vineyard, vintage and variety. From the vineyard to the bottle, only the gentlest techniques are utilised; harvest by hand, whole berry de-stemming, open-vat temperature controlled fermentation, gentle basket-pressing and no finning or filtration prior to bottling.
