A fabulous 11 year old single cask release of Highland malt stalwarts, Teaninich, finished for over 11 months in Malaga wine hogsheads. Selected and released by James Eadie Ltd
Nose:
Fresh apricot, peach, mango and papaya, joined by thick beeswax
and marzipan, with green tea cut grass.
Palate:
Creamy Greek yoghurt, honeyed oats and white grapes with savoury flavours of burnt caramel and chamomile.
Finish:
Matcha green tea cheesecake with clotted cream
and apricots.
