Description
Combining our shared passion of all things spicy, we decided our collaboration had to involve an element of chilli. We re-fermented our most tropical mixed fermentation golden sour beer with heaps of mango and passionfruit (330g/l combined). To this we added a blend of Habanero, Mulato and Aleppo chillies, adding notes of dried sweet, dried fruits, earthiness and a subtle tobacco smoke with a balanced heat.
