Description
A captivating sparkling red from Barbera and Bonarda grapes. Notes of crunchy red berries on the nose followed by a generous, fresh palate with hints of violet and blackcurrant.
WINEMAKING:
After a soft pressing and a maceration at a temperature of 23°C, the wine exhausts slowly its fermentation at 18°C in order to keep its fruity aromas unchanged. Then the second fermentation in a pressurized tank is started to give this pleasant and rustic wine a delicate petillant
