Description
100% local Ortrugo, one of the most typical grape varieites of Piacenza.
After cold maceration on skins for 24 hours and fermentation with cultured yeasts at a temperature of 16°C, wine is stored in pressurized tanks where a slow secondary fermentation finishes its fragrance making it a delicate petillant wine.
Its straw-yellow in colour with greenish veins. Delicate and distinctive taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Pronounced and very fresh fragrant, with mint and fresh-cut flowers hints.
