Light crisp & refreshing white, straw green in colour. White flowers, green apple & exotic fruits on the nose which follow in the mouth to a delicate, citrusy, dry with almondy & mineral finish.
The seven brothers & cousins involved with ILatium Morini changed their approach in 2004 & decided to keep the best grapes to make wine themselves rather than selling to local cooperatives.
This has worked out excellently for them as they have been winning numerous awards & now they find themselves at the forefront of the new wave production of Soave, Valpolicella & Amarone in the area.
This Soave is at a lighter alcohol level of 12%.
