Description
This unique Single Malt, distilled and filled at Inchgower Distillery in 2008, was matured for many years in a refill ex-Bourbon hogshead then finished oin a barrel which previously held the French fortified wine, Banyuls, made from old vines grown on the slopes of the Pyrenees mountains. The resulting whisky carries notes of Bosc Pear skins, rose water, black cherries, toffee, pink peppercorns and almond oil.
