Matured first in ex-rye whiskey casks and finished in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks, this whisky boasts hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and sweet fruit.
Every drop distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay.
