Description
Aromatic nose of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers. Well-balanced, fresh and clean on the palate with crisp acidity leading into more citrus fruit on the core and a steely, mineral finish. Intense finish.
The grapes for this Chablis come from a 6-hectare plot on the right bank of the Vauvilien Valley that is sandwiched between the Premier Cru vineyards of ‘Mont de Milieu’ and ‘Montee de Tonnerre‘.
