Hop aboard Jackstaff, our new session IPA, brewed with Mosaic and Centennial hops for a heady mix of citrus, pine and peach. We’ve worked hard to get the balance of flavours just right, not too bitter and not too sweet, to create a satisfying beer that you can drink any night of the week. Pete went for lots of oats in the mash to add body, and sneaked in a third hop variety at the end of the boil to add interest.
