A notable departure from previous releases, this edition exclusively embraces bourbon barrels, with the majority being fresh casks. This choice imparts captivating layers of buttery vanilla and caramel notes, harmonizing impeccably with the citrusy sweetness of Kilchoman spirit.
On the nose, expect an enticing medley of malt loaf, toffee apple, banana bread, citrus, lavender, pear drops, sea salt, and subtle hints of peat smoke.
