Crafted exclusively from Concerto and Publican barley grown and harvested on the farm in 2014 and 2015, the Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition is a true single farm single malt. Matured for a minimum of nine years in 54 ex-bourbon barrels, this non chill-filtered and natural colour spirit offers a beautifully balanced profile. Layers of vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch from the casks complement the distillery’s characteristic citrus sweetness and maritime peat smoke, leading to a complex palate of milk chocolate, candied citrus, ripe pear, and a lingering, smoky finish.
