Kilchoman Sanaig is a peaty single malt crafted from bourbon and sherry casks, named after a rocky creek near the distillery on Islay’s west coast. Its flavour profile is rich with fruit and earthy peat, complemented by hints of dark chocolate-covered raisins. On the nose, pineapple, white grapes, and fresh coffee blend with earthy peat and toffee. The palate reveals light fruits like peach, dark chocolate raisins, and a touch of red berries, with growing peat and black pepper. The finish is long, marked by lingering coastal peat.
