Description
Cloudy, crisp and tropical, it’s like a salted pink grapefruit, mango and lime slushy, serious enough to be paired with summer salads or just shared in the garden with friends.
During harvest, all grapes are processed in the backyard. whole bunches go straight into the screw press without additives or temperature control. The juice then goes straight into stainless steel, large acacia barrels, oak barrels (2000L) and fibreglass tanks where it ferments naturally. All 3 components of HOMOK (Grüner + Weissburgunder + Sauvignon Blanc) were matured together on the lees for 6-7 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered without the addition sulphur.
