Description
La Barbe Merlot Mourvedre is a soft and medium bodied blend with distinct notes of plum and black cherry, subtly complemented by the Mouvedre’s touch of spice. It is low in tannins, allowing it to be versatile with food pairings. Enjoy this wine for a complexity of layered flavours.
Grapes were harvested and fermented seperately, followed by 3 months of aging in old French oak barrels.
