A blend of local apples and pears fermented and aged for 1 year in sherry barrels before being refermented with fresh pear juice from 2023. A lightly hazy pet nat style, combining the best of apples and pears to provide a fantastic balance. An absolute belter!
Linn Cider is based in Aberdour in Fife, taking apples from as far as the Isle of Harris, to much more locally around Edinburgh, to some sourcing of apples from south of the border.
