Excellent Pinot Noir from Ricardelle de Lautrec in Languedoc. A Demeter certified red from Lionel Boutie which exudes great value for money, alongside great typicity (varietal) and restraint. None of the heat, over ripeness and dubious sweetness of this region, thanks to a meticulous approach to viticulture and a light hand in the cellar.
Grapes from organic farming, natural yeast and no added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
