Description
We love using fruit in our barrel aged sours. In the spring & summer months, we spend many hours foraging & sourcing local fruit of which may be used immediately, or frozen for future use. This beer features a little of just about every fruit we use in a smoothie sour format, though still done in an LEP way. The base beers were brewed in Feb 2020, then blended & racked on top of the remnants of our Blackcurrant & Blackberry sour. Over the coming months a variety of hedgerow fruits including crab apples, elderberries, cherries, blackberries & sloe berries were added. Please roll slowly before opening to ensure fruit is evenly distributed.
