Made with the second pressing of apples with the addition of spring water, this is a modern interpretation of the old historic drink, ciderkin. The apples used were Dabinett, spontaneously fermented in tank on top of apple lees, later infused with some of Little Pomona’s favourite hops, Bramling Cross and Cascade, grown by their friends at Brook House Farm, before bottle conditioning. Naturally low in alcohol, it’s super refreshing, almost shandy-like to drink, but with distinct citrus and berry fruit notes from the hops.
A true summer crusher! Contains naturally occurring sediment.
