Description
This Biodynamic Montepulciano is wild yeast fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and oak for 4 months.
Deep ruby red in colour with ripe black cherries and a toasty note from the oak ageing. The palate is fairly full bodied with concentrated black fruit, cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla held together by chewy tannins and a long, fruity finish.
