Description
Cuvée Crochet is an ample and interesting sparkling rosé from the Lorraine. Comprised of 90% Gamay and 10% Pinot Noir grown on the predominately limestone and clay soils of Bulligny, this salmoned-hued aperitif brings forth notes of plump red fruits on the palate with a soft mineral back bone. The traditional secondary fermentation in bottle ensures a fine mousse.
Maison Crochet is a family winery running an organic conversion vineyard of 5ha. Their mantra is “no good wines without fine grapes” and this is embued in their entirely hands-on approach to all parts of the winemaking process.
