In keeping with Marion’s philosophy this wine is 100% made from indigenous varieties from the region, something Stefano is staunchly passionate about.
Composed primarily of Corvina & Corvinone with small amounts of Rondinella, approximately 15% of the grapes are air dried for 40 days in the appassimento method, fermented separately, then blended and aged for 36 months in a mixture of 10% 500l barrels and the rest in 3000l slovenian oak barrels
