In our quest for new and exciting hops we’ve landed in France, using the intriguing Barbe Rouge. We love the delicate strawberry, herbal, and red fruit flavours. The malt body is comprised of Melanoidin, Double Roasted Crystal, and Crystal Rye to add the rich complexity of caramel and toffee.
