Made with 100% organic spirit, distilled with our unique combination of classic gin botanicals and local Scottish plants to create a rich and floral spirit. The base spirit is from barley which makes all the difference adding a malty, fruity undertone that plays exceptionally well with the chosen botanicals. Perfect with tonic or in any classic gin cocktail.
The ten botanicals are a mix of traditional gin flavours with locally foraged plants: juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, chamomile, grapefruit, bog myrtle, thyme, sorrel, heather.
