A blend of bittersweet & bittersharp cider apples collected from traditional Herefordshire orchards, bottle conditioned to a wonderful mousse.
Big rich ripe apple with clove & spice on the nose. Deep golden orange colour with great frothy full mouthfeel. It has a deep fruity taste with a touch of orange & ripe autumnal apple.
