Description
Foxwhelp is one of the most acidic cider apples out there, and this is an incredibly pure expression of it. Big floral aromatics are followed up with a huge punch of acidity. In typical Foxwhelp fashion there’s a little tannin, but only enough to just about hold the whole thing together. Possibly one to convert the sour beer drinker. Still. Crown cap.
