Description
A blend of Blakeney Red and Red Longdon perry pears, fermented
and aged in a rum barrel. Big, rich and chewy, elderflower and stone fruit notes are punctuated by a hint of rummy sweetness and some soft chalky tannins. Very slight sparkle.
