Tre Monti Vigna Rocca – Elegant, fruity, honey and wild flowers on the nose then a mouthfilling palate with ripe peach and plum; pleasant bitter almond on the finish. Made from 100% Albana di Romagna, the most “Romagnolo” variety that we have, a true and unique expression of the territory. It is barely grown anywhere else than between Bologna & Italy’s Adriatic coast & it has become a regional speciality of Emilia-Romagna. The family run winery feels passionately about organic methods for their land – “For a very simple reason: we live here. This is our home and we want to treat it in the best possible way.”
Valdibella Ninfa – Very delicious orange wine, citrusy, apricot and spice vibes, clean and super stable. Made from Catarartto vines grown on mostly limestone and clay. Just before the end of the alcoholic fermentation, which lasts about twelve days on the skins, the wine is separated from the pomace which is pressed. The wine will continue to age on the lees, until the following Spring, before being bottled. Sicily, Italy.
Unico Zelo Esoterico – A gem of orange wine made with Fiano, Zibbibo, Moscato Giallo, Gewurtztraminer & Greco with grapes coming from Riverland & Clare Valley. This has become one of the wineries most cult-followed wines since they began making it. It is easy to see why as it remains elegant & fresh while evoking memories of mango & tropical fruit all finishing up with a juicy pithy tannin. Expect flavours of herbal beeswax combined with pineapple, dried mango & blood orange. A crowd friendly but complex orange wine.
