The ORGANIC wine pack includes:
ERA PROSECCO (Italy) This pale and delicate sparkling wine has fine bubbles and fresh aromas of green fruits, elderflower and honeysuckle. It is elegantly light, dry and well balanced.
EL CONVERTIDO VERDEJO (Spain) A beautiful glass of white form Spain’s La Mancha, this Verdejo is a notch above the rest. Made from 30 year old Verdejo vines, there is a concentration which is often missing from so many of its kind. A dry – yet fresh – palate with lovely floral aromas and peachy flavours.
CANTINE ERMES VENTO DI MARE GRILLO (Sicily)–
CHRISTOPHE MURET PICPOUL (France) This Picpoul is bright with melon fun greengage and white floral on the nose, lemon zest and saline on the palate.
CAMPO FLORES TEMPRANILLO SYRAH (Spain) This Tinto is a vibrant blend of organic certified grapes Tempranillo and Syrah. Aromatic notes of red berries and plums dominate the palate and a sweet, round structure provides a lengthy finish.
FABRIZIO VELLA ROSSO NERO D’AVOLA (Sicily) – Firm favourite here at Cork & Cask, ripe Sicilian Nero d’Avola from Fabrizio Vella. Organic, unfiltered, vegan friendly, medium bodied with plum, dark cherry and herbaceous notes. Perfect pizza wine.
