Description
An 11 year old single malt from Orkney from an amalgamation of three ex-oloroso sherry butts. These casks have imbued the whisky with sweet, dried orchard fruit notes which perfectly compliment its heathered, slighty smokey distillery character. The palate also presents nice hints of smoked cinnamon and dark chocolate, alongside a pleasing nuttiness.
