Our first pale, non barrel aged lager. I know.. wild. A wee change from the omnipresence of German inspired lagers as we’ve used a Mexican yeast and corn. Brewed with yeast originally from Mexico City and corn for a dry finish. Lagered for six weeks this is a smooth and easy going lager. Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh for a familiar character and NZ Motueka for a hint of lemon and lime.
