Now that summer has arrived on our doorstep, we’re enjoying the most humble of pleasures – a beer garden with a pint of smashable, sessionable beer, ideally after a long day of work, surrounded by good people. We’ve really been taken in by how punchy and bright the freshest crop of South Pacific hops that landed in the brewery this year, and after the success of “I’ve Got The…” using only Vic Secret, we thought why the hell not and crowbarred Nelson into our brew plans. Utilizing a 100%, you guessed it, Nelson Sauvin hop bill; we’ve taken a laid back approach with this beer; dropping 5kg in the whirlpool, and an easygoing 15kg dry-hop charge. The result is a pale ale purpose brewed for those long, hazy days of peak-summer.
