We might just be imagining it, but there’s something special that happens with our IPAs when they hit the 6.4% mark – from all the way back in our infancy with the original El Dorado Mosaic IPA at the same ABV up to the present day, we’ve just always found this magical middle ground in the IPA strength spectrum is our golden mark. Sensor Style continues this tradition with an all out attack of the palate in the form of a pillowy, fluffy juice explosion of flavour. A three way dance of some true in-house favourites are on their best display here, with Azacca, Citra and Galaxy combining to create a Polly’s beer destined to become a future classic. Expect soft stonefruit sweetness imparted by Azacca, intense peach and passionfruit notes from Galaxy, before fresh cut citrus fruits offer plenty of balance.
